The croissants, Danish, and scones featured on our wholesale menu are available freshly-baked daily. In addition you’ll find rotating menu items like individual babkas, whole-wheat currant buns, monkey bread, and our two varieties of granola.
We always offer a selection of delicious hand-helds. Some are classics, like the chocolate-chip & walnut cookie with Valrhona chocolate, and others less well known, like the bakewell tart, a shortbread base topped with our own jam and caramelized almonds.
Our selection varies throughout the year, reflecting the season. Although we can pipe mousse with the best of them, our preference is for unfussy cakes really expressive of their ingredients. Click on our menu for the current selection.
